Refund & Return Policy

At Fast Choice Mart, we want you to be confident in every piece of sports equipment you order. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for our Top-Tier Kids' sports gear.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most unused sporting goods within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is in its original, brand-new condition with all included tags, parts, and packaging.
- The gear (such as bats, gloves, or balls) has not been used in practice or play, altered, or damaged.
- You have your order number or proof of purchase from Fast Choice Mart.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper sizing, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
- Customized or personalized sports equipment.
- Mouthguards and certain protective gear that have been opened (for hygiene and safety reasons).
3. How to Start a Return
- Email waqarulhussan@fastchoicemart.com or use our Contact Support form.
- Include your order number, the item name/SKU, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with detailed return instructions and any required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) details.
Please do not send returns without prior approval — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned gear:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a confirmed manufacturer defect.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Fast Choice Mart provides a prepaid shipping label for a defective or incorrect item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or fails under normal use shortly after purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We take quality seriously and will review the issue to offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
6. Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size cleats or the wrong weight bat? Contact support before returning the item. We will help arrange an exchange for the correct size when stock is available. Please note that price differences for different sizes or models may apply.
